Business Administrator required for Norse Transport
Norwich, Norfolk – NR6 6EQ
£27,589.29 per annum
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Norse Transport Division are currently seeking an experienced Business Administrator to work in at our depot based in Norwich. You will work alongside the Technical Administrator to assist with the administrative duties required with our fleet as we deliver our service.
This position is being offered on a permanent, full-time basis working 40 hours per week.
Role responsibilities
- Scanning and filing important documents relating to Transport operatives
- Logging incident reports
- Maintaining accurate records of the fleet of vehicles including MOT and Tax dates
- Handling day to day queries and calls
- Calendar management
- Assisting with the allocation of training, bookings and letters to staff
- Assisting with raising purchase orders

- Experience within a similar administration role
- Able to function well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team or independently
