We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Catering Team at our office on Fifers Lane, on a permanent, part-time basis. We can offer flexibility on work pattern, and this can be discussed further at interview stage. About the Role Reporting directly into the Operations Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for administrative procedures, providing efficient support to the wider operational team, alongside: * Acting as the first point of contact for email and telephone queries from employees, and clients * Ensuring all records are regularly maintained and updated with accurate information, including liaising with parents, schools, Clients and Account Business Managers as required * Providing allergen and nutritional reports for all Education and Care menus, utilising relevant software * Communicating messages and notifications across all Norse Catering kitchens and to management teams * Monitoring and maintaining Group invoicing system on a weekly basis * Taking minutes at meeting and reporting as required by management * Supporting our care catering department with staff rotas and communications * Liaising with the office team to complete general office duties About You Ideally you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar administrative role in a busy environment, alongside; * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Excel. * GCSE’s A*-C in English and Mathematics or equivalent. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal. * A clear understanding of Catering as an industry and relevant processes Why work for Norse Catering?
