Quality & Compliance Training Manager

Salary - £40,000 - £42.500 per year DoE

37 Hours per week, Monday to Friday. 

Norse Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality & Compliance Training Manager to join the Learning & Development Team.

The role 

Managing a team of Training Specialists & Coordinator, you will ensure the team delivering innovative and tailored training solutions to maintain quality & compliance across the Group, through forward planning and development of annual training plans in line with business area requirements.

 

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the development of L&D Group Strategy, supporting with the implementation of this across the business
  • Managing external approvals, accreditations and awarding bodies for training delivery, ensuring that training delivery is carried out as per compliance requirements, including sourcing external providers as required
  • Translating ISO 9001 requirements into practical and effective policies and procedures to be rolled out across the Group
  • Implementing methods for monitoring and controlling quality and effectiveness of training in-line with regulatory requirements and Group Standards, including evaluating impact to ensure continuous improvement
  • Overseeing keeping of accurate and comprehensive training records on relevant activities centrally and in business areas
  • Developing Training Specialists, ensuring Team are continuously upskilled with professional development activities planned, allocating projects as appropriate

Our Successful Candidate:

  • Extensive experience working within a similar, Quality & Compliance role within a Learning & Development environment
  • Previous experience in managing and developing a team, upskilling and delegating as appropriate
  • Experience in effectively managing quality assurance systems and processes and creating solutions
  • Hold Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance Qualification and Project Management Qualification or equivalent or significant knowledge of related methodology
  • In-depth knowledge of the Training Cycle and all associated methodology relating to Learning & Development
  • Full UK Driving Licence to meet travel requirements of the role
