Cleaner - Chatham Library (Internal)

£22433.84 Pro rata 

12 Hours per week

 

Medway Norse is one of the biggest joint ventures within Norse Group, partnering with Medway Council to deliver a growing number of frontline public services to residents. The business portfolio is including to develop as further services are provided across waste, building maintenance and countryside management.

 

We deliver full cleaning and hygiene services to Chatham Library and are currently looking to recruit a Cleaner to work on-site.

 

In this role, you will work with a small on-site team, delivering our service through;

  • Daily cleaning of communal areas to contracted standards
  • Engaging with the client as first point of contact for cleaning and hygiene issues
  • Undertaking deep cleans as required on-site
  • Manage the use, storage and replenishment of equipment

Positions Details:

 

This is a part time, permanent role working 2 hours per day, Monday - Saturday.

 

Your Experience:

 

Whilst we would ideally be looking for someone with commercial cleaning experience, we are happy to offer training and support in the role.

 

You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively both within a team and individual work environment, with excellent communication skills.

 

Maintaining a high level of customer service and quality is essential to our partnership, so you should have good attention to detail and customer service standards to support this.
