The role

As the Caretaker, you will work as part of a team with the responsibility of ensuring that the facilities around the sites are maintained to the highest of standards, providing a clean and safe environment for all on site.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the general maintenance both internally and externally of the premises
• Liaise and collaborate with contractors and colleagues to ensure safe systems of working are adopted
• Undertake minor repairs and maintenance to premises and equipment when required in line with Norse Health and Safety requirements

Our successful candidate

• UK Driving license is preferred but no essential
• Previous experience in a similar role with an understanding of Health and Safety
• Able to work within a team or on your own
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
