Care Team Leader – Holt, Norfolk
£14.50 (nights) per hour + enhancements + NEW company sickness scheme
Part Time – 33.25 hours per week

A day in the life:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff, including developing a culture that echoes Norse Care values:

We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.
About Lloyd Court:
Lloyd Court is a housing with care scheme in High Kelling, where we provide care and support to tenants who live in their own flat under a tenancy agreement with Broadland Housing.

*Enhancements for working weekends, bank holidays and additional hours

An enhanced DBS check will be required for our successful candidate, payment will be met by the employer.
