Salary £30,606.25
40 Hours per week
Norse Groups TFM department are currently recruiting for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As Assistant Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside the Facilities manager to support and deliver the requirements of FM service contracts, ensuring effectiveness and profitability, managing the provision of integrated services within our NHS contract. You will need to ensure sites are maintained in a clean and organised condition to provide a clean and hygienic environment for the local NHS staff and general public.
The role;
- Provide a point of contact for customers and any operational issues
- Co-manage sort services teams across three different NHS sites
- Coordinate and support facilities projects
- Carry out monthly cleaning audits and reports
- Order stock and raise purchase orders
- Attend regular meetings with team members to provide updates, toolbox talks, and safety updates
- Update certification and documentation to internal systems.
Our successful candidate
- Previous working experience within a Soft FM environment or managed a team
- Experienced working with procurement and sub contractors
- Strong knowledge within the FM sector
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to priorities workload and ensure quality standards are achieved
- Understands and applies commercial financial principles. Views issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value.
