Video & Animation Designer

Norse Group is a multi-disciplined service provider to a growing portfolio of public and private sector clients, operating through a number of different partnerships and delivering expertise across commercial, care and property consulting.

Our central Marketing and Communications Team play a vital role in all internal and external communications, delivering multiple services to support core projects and promote the Norse Group as a national brand.

As we look to develop an already experienced and established team, we are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our team as an Video & Animation Designer with expertise in 3D animation and video filming and editing. This is a full time, permanent basis from our Head Office in Norwich.

The role

In this exciting and multifaceted role, you will be responsible for designing video-based/animated assets for Norse Group and producing high-quality video content that enhances our brand presence.  As part of the wider Corporate Communications team, you will work closely with colleagues across the Group to provide a professional and collaborative marketing, digital and design service that represent our values.

Your main responsibility will involve creating visually appealing motion graphics across various channels and producing compelling brand videos that inspire and excite our audiences. Working closely with the Brand team, you will devise creative video concepts for the website, marketing campaigns and events while ensuring high-quality production and editing. Provide brand management, development, and oversight. This includes version control, advice on correct brand use in line with existing branding guidelines and input on new/developing brand work and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for videography and animation, a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating engaging visual experiences. We are looking for you to be able to make an instant impact within the business, confidently engaging with all areas of the Group, we will also be looking for you to demonstrate;

• Relevant qualification, degree or equivalent in Art & design or graphics
• Proven experience in creating and editing animations and videos
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of animation, storytelling, and character development techniques
