Technical Administrator
Up to £30,000 per annum, DOE
NPS Leeds have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Maintain and update appropriate monitoring systems, including the investigation and correction of errors/exceptions. Provide regular reports in line with relevant KPI requirements.
* Provide a help desk facility for building maintenance calls.
* Resolve or escalate queries from clients in an efficient manner.
* Prepare, monitor and distribute contract documentation for contracts.
* Provide general administrative support and cover colleagues when required.
Our Successful Candidate:
Previous experience within a similar administration role, alongside:
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent Grade A-C including maths and English
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
