This role is a diverse role that involves working as part of our events team at various contracts all over the east of England. Transport is provided by us, all that we ask is that you are able to get to our office at Fifers Lane. The role will entail working at several events and parades as well as music concerts and festivals throughout the year.

Main Responsibilities:

-       Ensure that applicable laws are followed.

-       To Ensure that crowd capacity limits are followed and complied with at all times.

-       To Ensure that site specific Health and safety instructions as well as our own are complied with at all times.

-       Record and report any and all details of any incidents that take place.

-       To ensure that any evacuation is run smoothly and that areas or responsibility are cleared quickly and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

-       Must be able to get to Fifers Lane Norwich (NR6).

-       Ability to work unsociable hours.

-       A willingness to learn and complete provided training courses.

-       Strong communication skills.

-       Good time keeping.
