£13.80 per hour

Nights 21:00 – 07:00

A day in the life:

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues, with a natural ability to lead, supervise and motivate others. Working closely with the Senior team you will support with the day-to-day management of staff including coordinating short notice staff cover, handovers, inductions for new starters and recording/reporting around staff performance as required.

Alongside this you will set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care enabling our residents to make informed choices, supporting their independence and dignity in line with their care plan.

Provide peace of mind visits to residents throughout the night, administering medication, undertaking light domestic tasks, participating in wellbeing activities that enable a safe, and fun environment.
