Part of The Norse Group, N-Able specialise in providing mobility equipment and assistive technology to customers and clients across the UK with regional bases in East Anglia and Derbyshire. Our aim is to keep customers safe, happy, and healthy in your own home for as long as possible.
We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join the N-Able team based at our office on Burton Road, Norwich.
As Senior Administrator you will organise and deliver a range of administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of the office and services provided, including:
- Supporting the Account Managers with N-Able contracts, ensuring the database is updated, and inputting work orders as required.
- Providing reception cover for N-Able retail and statutory Assistive Technology Services
- Supporting the growth of the N-Able home alarm systems, dealing with customer queries, contact queries and chasing of onboarding and direct debit paperwork.
- Processing incoming invoices
- Supporting the Senior Account Manager, Account Managers and Head of N-Able in ensuring the provision of contracts and services are meeting KPI targets
- Ensuring that the N-Able computer database system is kept up to date and notify appropriate staff of any changes.
- Offering guidance to the Administration Assistants.
Our Successful Candidate:
- Extensive administration experience ideally in a similar senior role with knowledge of administrative procedures and office systems.
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation is desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise whilst maintaining a high level of customer service, working in a methodical and professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, demonstrating the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work on their own initiative and part of a wider team.

This role is a permanent position where you will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
