Job description

Norse Group's Support Services Division has an excellent opportunity within our HR Department for a HR-Co-ordinator to join our HR team at our Head office in Norwich.

This position is being offered on a full-time permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday; however, other working patterns and hours would be considered.

The role

As part of the HR team, you will assist the HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and Employment Consultants with the efficient completion of all HR related administrative procedures, ensuring a confidential and efficient service is always provided across the group, you will also be responsible for;

  • Assisting with internal and external HR related enquiries via our Ask HR help desk by providing HR administration support and advice in line with policies and procedures
  • Supporting the wider business with all Maternity and Paternity related queries and administration
  • Communicating effectively with managers and employees, maintaining a positive and professional approach
  • Coordinating Data Subject Access Requests and ensuring compliance with Data Protection regulations
  • Providing administration support with business change and employee relations activity such as case work and TUPE
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Our Successful Candidate

You will ideally have previous experience within an office environment whilst also demonstrating;

  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practice.
  • Ability to engage and communicate with people at all levels across the business
  • Capability of working to your own initiative in a deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and other HR related systems
