Facilities Manager – Norse Care

As Facilities Manager, you’ll take ownership of statutory compliance, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive works across our Norse Care portfolio. You’ll lead with confidence, ensuring that all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while building strong relationships with contractors and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing statutory compliance, planned, and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring contractors deliver quality work to agreed timelines.
- Maintaining an accurate asset register and keeping our CAFM system up to date with compliance evidence to meet client SLA.
- Monitoring, planning, and prioritising work requests to ensure preventative and remedial maintenance stays on track.
- Preparing quotes and estimates for remedial works and coordinating small-scale projects.
- Championing compliance with legislation, codes of practice, and Norse Group policies.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Supporting audits and compliance programmes, helping shape best practice and positive change.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering Facilities Management services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage contractors and multi-disciplined teams.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, Health & Safety, and associated legislation.
- Commercial awareness with financial and budgetary experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements.

* Salary of £37,225.59 - £ 38,991.45
