Care Lead – Days, Norwich
£31,370.27 per annum
37 hours per week

A day in the life:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. Leading on admissions, care planning, reviewing and ensuring high quality care is being provided for residents, alongside developing a culture that echoes Norse Care values:

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in maintaining occupancy levels within the home alongside supporting new residents by reviewing referrals, undertaking assessments and developing, reviewing and updating existing care plans, liaising with residents, relatives and professionals accordingly.

**We will be looking for you to demonstrate these at the interview stage! **
We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, with excellent knowledge of care plans and safeguarding procedures.

Mayflower Court is our 79-bed modern, purpose-built care home; part of the Bowthorpe Care Village providing short-term and full-time care and support, specialising in dementia.
