£37,225.59 Per Annum
40 Hours per week - Fixed Term contract (13 months)
Part of The Norse Group, N-Able specialise in providing mobility equipment and assistive technology to customers and clients across the various regions of the UK. Our aim is to keep customers safe, happy, and healthy in your own home for as long as possible.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join the N-Able team based in Norwich, on a Fixed term basis covering maternity leave (this would be a 13 month contract). As Business Support Manager you will work with the management team on their delivery of services and ensure that key processes are maintained, duties will include:
- Overseeing the Admin staff and Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction
- Managing all ordering processes
- Identifying new business opportunities and areas of improvement, implementing solutions as required
- Supporting the Head of Service, and Operations Manager, with ongoing financial contracts and maintaining customer and supplier accounts
- Assisting with management of compliance in relation to ISO standards and development of new system
Our Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Business Support or similar role
- Knowledge of contract management and relevant Health and Safety legislation
- Holds a Quality Management qualification (desirable)
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving Licence
This is an FTC, where you will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
