We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Catering Team at our office on Fifers Lane, on a permanent, full time basis.

About the Role

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for administrative procedures, providing efficient support to the wider operational team, alongside:

*         Acting as the first point of contact for email and telephone queries from employees, and clients

*         Ensuring all records are regularly maintained and updated with accurate information, including liaising with parents, schools and Account Business Managers as required

*         Providing allergen and nutritional reports for all Education and Care menus, utilising relevant software

*         Communicating messages and notifications across all Norse Catering kitchens and to management teams

*         Monitoring and maintaining Group invoicing system on a weekly basis

*         Taking minutes at meeting and reporting as required by management

About You

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar administrative role in a busy environment, alongside;

*         Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, including Excel.

*         GCSE’s A*-C in English and Mathematics or equivalent.

*         Ability to work as part of a team.

*         Demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal.

*         A clear understanding of Catering as an industry and relevant processes
