Norse Group are currently recruiting for an Audit Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
The role
To lead Norse Group in the fulfilment of the Audit programme to meet the requirements for ISO certification, legislative requirements, and the promotion of certified ISO management system.
To assist Norse Group, under the direction of the Head of Quality, Audit and Compliance, in the fulfilment of the SHEQ strategy; ensuring audit compliance, and the promotion of the Groups Management processes.
Lead the delivery of the Audit internal programme and support external audit and strategies throughout Norse Group and its related activities, under the direction of the Head of Quality, Audit and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead the delivery of the Audit programme and strategies throughout Norse Group and its related activities, under the direction of the Head of Quality, Audit and Compliance.
- Mentor and support your direct reports.
- Achieve and maintain effective audit certification to support compliance across the business to the certified Norse Group QMS.
- Informing the Head of Quality, Audit and Compliance on all major and minor non-conformity and provide clear and unambiguous action plans for business improvement.
- Support the SHEQ department in the preparing for and ISO audits across all elements of the Management System.
- Compile and implement audit policies and practices, ensuring compliance.
- In consultation with the Head of Quality, Audit and Compliance, devise strategies to meet targets and to encourage best practice across Norse Group.
- Access, analyse and collate audit performance data across Norse Group in consultation with the SHEQ Compliance Advisor and the Audit Advisor
Skills and experience
* Hold a minimum of 2 ISO Management qualification (ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001).
* Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality role.
* Demonstrate proven leadership capabilities in managing a team.
