Area Cleaning Supervisor - South West Norse

• Location: Honiton, Axmouth area 

• Salary: £30,721.60 Pro Rata, equating to £14.77per hour

• Hours per week: 30, Monday - Friday

South West Norse work in collaboration with Devon County Council, partnering with a number of public and private sector clients across the South West to deliver a portfolio of commercial services.

We are currently looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our commercial cleaning team, operating around Honiton/Axmouth area on a part-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will be supporting the management of our local cleaning contracts, providing support to on-site team with the review of operational performance against the expected hygiene levels. You will be expected to engage with our client partners to develop our relationships, as well as ensuring your understand the required service level and can provide solutions if not being deliver.

You will be supported by the Area Manager, and play an active role in the recruitment and development of our staff across a number of sites.

Your Experience; 

This is a mobile position where you will need to travel between sites, as such you will nee to hold a Full UK Driving Licence to be considered, however we will provide a vehicle for the travel.

We are also looking for;

• Experience within a commercial cleaning environment, ideally both from a hands-on and supervisory perspective
• Proven ability to manage, lead and/or supervise staff across a number of sites
• Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with colleagues and clients
• Good eye for detail, capable of upholding and improving contractual standards
• Knowledge of health and safety in a cleaning environment
