ARC Operational Coordinator
50 Hours per week
36,400 FTE
Norse Commercial Services need a robust central control hub to monitor CCTV systems and to coordinate deployment of resources to alarm activation, VPI, Check calls, Rostering, CCTV Systems, Monitoring.
This role will become a central focus for the provision of continuous support to clients and out of hours security activity. The role will be based overseeing the provision of a bespoke ‘Control Room’ focused on providing a robust and seamless service across all Norse CCTV and alarm monitoring and Mobile activity.

The role
- To ensure compliance across the range of services linked to the Control Room and will be responsible for overall operation 24/7.
- To have an excellent understanding of the delivery criteria linked to all monitoring internal SLA’s and external contracts and control compliance.
- To work alongside various management teams to provide information that adds value to the service provision
- To regularly review and maintain the company service assignment instructions and other documentation to ensure all data is current and reflects agreed provision.
- To make sure monthly site reports are completed and routed to internal and external clients
- To assist with out of hours emergency security deployment processes across the Groups
- To monitor and add value to compliance.
- To manage and provide support to identified lone workers and to assist with their welfare needs.
- To manage and resolve emerging issues and escalate to the senior management when appropriate
- To monitor and manage the mobile services and compliance needs (BS7984, CCTV, vacant Property and Home alarm service.
- To liaise with clients and control staff and arrange monthly meetings and regular face to face reviews.
- To monitor and maintain control systems.
