Norse Security is a leading provider of skilled security personnel, offering a bespoke tailored service to support the effective running of our clients’ needs.

We are recruiting an arc monitoring officer to join our Security Team based at Fifers Lane in Norwich. Within this position you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of security services.

  • Documenting incidents through accurate reporting procedures.
  • Completion of site investigations following alarm responses.
  • Regular foot patrols.
  • Performing opening and closing of client premises.
  • Responding professionally to requests from Control room.
  • Monitor property as per client instructions.
  • Maintain the use of keys and follow instructions implemented to safeguard keys when in possession.

Our ideal candidate:

In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:

  • SIA or Security Guard License as well as first aid training.
  • Previous examples of working as a security officer/guard.
  • A keen eye for detail and an ability to problem solve.
  • Aware of conflict management and how to resolve issues.
  • Examples of times you have provided excellent customer service.

This position is available on a full time, permanent basis where you will work 4 days on, 4 days off 42.2 hours per week.
