Apprentice Bid Administrator (level 3) - Norwich
£15,500
37 hours per week
Norse Groups Support Services Division has an exciting opportunity for an apprentice Bid Administrator to join our Sales and Bids team based at our new Head Office on Fifers Lane in Norwich.
The duration of this apprenticeship will run for 2 years, you will be required to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This will include a combination of practical and non-practical working. Upon completion you will achieve Level 3 in Business Administration.
The role
As the Apprentice Bid Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of administration tasks for the Sales and Bids team, you will support the day to day operations through identifying opportunities, maintaining records, and communicating with external contacts. Alongside this you will;
- - Review multiple bids inboxes daily & log any opportunities of interest on our internal CRM system
- - Liaise with internal stakeholders to accurately complete framework MI submissions in a timely fashion
- - Support with data upload to maintain accurate records on our internal CRM system
- - Support the completion of standard bid documents- Standard Selection Questionnaires
- - Complete the requirements of the Business Administration Apprenticeship
