Casual Contract
AM and PM shift each working day
Norse Transport Division are currently seeking an experienced Passenger Assistant to work at our depot based in our Norse headquarters on Fifers Lane. You will work alongside the Minibus Driver to transport our vulnerable children and adults to and from their destinations, supporting their wellbeing, providing a caring tailored service and ensuring a successful journey.
The role
As the Passenger Assistant you will be responsible for playing a vital role in supporting our vulnerable children and adults in their journey. This is an essential service we operate across Norfolk. You will have hands on experience building relationships with our clients providing a caring tailored service to the local community. This is a physical role as you will often be required to lift wheelchairs and use ratchet straps to secure items in the minibus.
This position is being offered on a Casual basis. Working days will fall between Monday and Friday and each shift will be working both the AM & PM school runs.
